Slide platen to the left.

Reinstall developer assembly.

Reconnect connectors.

Lower holddown clamps.
Reinstall upper right panel.

Slide platen to the right and raise upper unit to full open position.

CAUTION
To prevent drum damage, wrap a piece of paper around the drum and insert
it into the machine. Remove the paper and be sure to slide drum all
the way to the front of the machine; then lower the upper unit.
Z Push drum to front of machine to prevent gear damage.
Reinstall drum and lower upper unit.

Reinstall drum shaft.
Slide drum shaft securing plate into groove in drum shaft and tighten

screw.
Raise upper unit. Without touching drum surface, turn drum to the

left until it stops.
Position blade lever into groove in drum shaft.

Close upper assembly.

Return platen to home position.

Close front door.

Plug in power cord.

bb. Turn power switch to 1 (ON).
