WARNING
Death or serious injury may occur from electrical shock unless power cord
is unplugged before servicing.
Turn power switch OFF and unplug power cord.

b. Remove one screw from each of four clips. Loosen other screws.
c.
Turn clips 90 to right or left.
CAUTION
Glass surface must be handled with care to avoid chipping or breaking.
d.
Remove glass surface.
e.
Remove defective fluorescent lamp.
f. Install new fluorescent lamp.
Reinstall glass surface.
g.
Aline holes and reinstall screws.
h. Turn clips to secure glass surface.
Tighten all screws.
Plug in power cord and turn power switch ON.
