view of each viewing system (stage and table).
(b) Rotate IMAGE ROTATION dial to move images so lines, such as streets,

CAUTION
To avoid damage to the map lens, do not overtighten or back adjustment
screws out of threads.
(c) Move map on table left, right, forward, or backward to roughly
a l i n e i m a g e i n X - Y d i r e c t i o n . T h e n turn X-and Y-adjustment screws for precise
alinement.

( a ) P i c k f e a t u r e n e a r e d g e o f f i e l d o f view, and change zoom magnification
until both features are alined.
( b ) When point near edqe is chosen, pick s e c o n d point near opposite edcie
and change zoom magnification until one-half-the coincident distance is-covered to
second point.
