( c ) Set STRETCH control lever to 1X.
( d ) Set STRETCH DIRECTION dial to 0.
(6) Position lamps so lamps shine on field of view.
(7) Focus eyepiece if required.
( 8 ) A d j u s t i n t e n s i t y . Turn illumination controls until both glass stage and
table can be comfortably viewed.
NOTE
In brightly lit room, neutral density filter may be inserted in slot
above map lens to improve map image.
