I t e m numbers are assigned in chronological ascending
s e q u e n c e r e g a r d l e s s o f i n t e r v a l d e s i g n a t i o n . T h e s e numbers are used for your "TM
N u m b e r " Column on DA Form 2404, Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Worksheet in
recording results of PMCS.
g. Interval columns.
T h i s column determines the time period designated to
perform your PMCS.

Item to be inspected and procedures column. This column lists functional
groups and their respective assemblies and subassemblies as shown in the
Maintenance Allocation Chart (Appendix B). The appropriate check or service
procedure follows the specific item to be inspected.

E q u i p m e n t i s n o t r e a d y / a v a i l a b l e i f : c o l u m n . T h i s column indicates the reason
or cause why your equipment is not ready/available to perform its primary mission.
