6-3.1 General. Aerial roll film is manually moved between film reels, over
r o l l e r s , a c r o s s i l l u m i n a t e d v i e w s t a g e s . O p t i c a l mount moves stereoscope right-
left (X-axis), front-back (Y-axis) or up-down (Z-axis) for analysis and interpreta-
t i o n o f s t e r e o - p a i r i m a g e s o n a e r i a l r o l l f i l m . S t e r e o s c o p e movement is accurately
controlled to maintain collimation over entire viewing area.
