Rotate d e f e c t i v e l a m p u n t i l p r o n g s a r e f r e e f r o m s l o t a n d r e m o v e .

I n s e r t new lamp prongs into slot and rotate 90 degrees.

f. Reinstall safety tab into lamp socket.
Reinstall
diffuser.

h. Turn power ON.
