f. Remove trailing cable tray cover (snaps in place).

Disconnect spring.
Thread solenoid electrical plug from pen claw assembly.
Remove retaining screw and defective solenoid.
Install new solenoid and secure with screws.
Reconnect spring.
C o n n e c t e l e c t r i c a l p l u g .
Reinstall cable cover by snapping in place.
Lower pen claw assembly in place.
Reinstall dashpot mounting bracket screw. Remove tape.
Reinstall pen carriage cover.
Perform pen adjustment procedures (paragraph 4-29.1).
