Remove PCA A5 (paragraph 4-29.7c).
Remove PCA A6 (paragraph 4-29.7d).
Tag and disconnect all wiring .
Tag and unplug all disconnects.
Remove two screws from top of power panel frame.
Remove five screws and defective board.
