SCALE. Specifies scale units plot will be drawn in and locates

NOTE
When plotter is initialized, two scaling points, P1 and P2, are automati-
cally established in lower left and upper right corners of plot area.
These are limiting reference points used to define actual physical area
i n w h i c h p l o t w i l l f i t.
Scale statement parameters set scale
for distance between scaling points
P1 and P2.
Parameter entries must
be numeric.
Each scaling point is
assigned an X- and Y-coordinate.
