Apply silicone spray (Item 18, Appendix E) monthly to roller
cranks, handles, and shafts.

Raise cover to determine which fluorescent lamp is defective.
Replace fluorescent lamp (paragraph 2-10.1).
2. FLUORESCENT LAMPS FLICKER.
Raise cover to gain access to defective fluorescent lamps.
