PREPARATION FOR STORAGE OR SHIPMENT.
a.
Section may be stored or shipped either mounted on trailer chassis or
unmounted.
Preparation of trailer chassis is covered in TM 5-2330-305-14 and should
be referred to when trailer-mounted section is prepared for storage and shipment.
TM 5-4120-367-14 must be reviewed for instructions covering air conditioner/heater .
b.
Remove consumable supplies that have limited shelf life or broken seals. Re-
place missing items and be sure that all remaining consumable supplies are at
a u t h o r i z e d l e v e l s.
Be sure all major components are operational.

Remove all unauthorized or personal equipment from section.

DIRECT/GENERAL SUPPORT TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURES.
a.
Direct/general support troubleshooting procedures cover the most common
malfunctions that may be repaired at the direct/general support level. Repair or
adjustment requiring specialized equipment is not authorized unless such equipment
i s a v a i l a b l e .
Troubleshooting procedures used by lower level maintenance should be
conducted in addition to the direct/general support troubleshooting procedures .
b. This manual cannot list all the possible malfunctions or every possible
