ness, fog, mist, or under blackout conditions.

blackout

(17) Turn on circuit breakers in following order:
(a)
Individual
lighting.
(b)
Curbside
and
roadside
air
conditioners/heaters.
(c) Curbside and roadside receptacles.
( 1 8 ) Connect t e l e p h o n e l i n e s t o c o r r e s p o n d i n g
interior
binding
posts.
( 1 9 ) Check b l a c k o u t s w t c h e s .
( 2 0 ) P l u g i n e m e r g e n c y l i g h t i n g a n d turn switch to READY.
