Inspect gaskets on personnel doors for leaks or
damage.
12.
Clean and paint blistered, pitted, or flaking
areas and bare metal spots in accordance with
instructions contained in TM 43-0139, Painting
Instructions for Field Use.
Inspect Interior.
1.
Test emergency lights by pressing test button.
2.
Inspect power cords and cables to be sure wires
are not kinked, cut, or cracked.
3.
Inspect plug connectors to be sure all plug
connectors are tight and firmly seated.
Tighten
if necessary.
4.
Inspect for burned out light bulbs and
fluorescent tubes.
Replace as required.
5.
Inspect walls, ceilings, and floor for holes,
open seams, or signs of seepage or leaks.
6.
Check storage cabinets for broken hinges,
latches, and locks.
7.
Inspect fire extinguishers. Check that
security seals are not broken.
8.
Inspect circuit breaker panel.
