Install chain (1) on gripper bar (2).
Install trailing master link (3) on gripper bar (2).
While pulling outward on gripper bar (2), turn printing press until gripper bar is located at
open area of frame (4).
Install leading master link (5) on end of gripper bar (2).
Tighten hex-head screw (6), hex nut (7), and two hex-head bolts (8) on chain tensioning
devices (9).
Install four spacers (10), two chain guide segments (11), four washers (12), and four
socket-head screws (13).
Install two chain guide segments (14), twelve washers (15), and twelve socket-head
screws (16).
Install two plates (17) and four slotted screws (18).
Adjust gripper system (para. d).
