Turn on circuit breakers in following order:
(a)
Individual lighting.
(b)
Curbside and roadside air conditioners/heaters.
(c)
Curbside and roadside receptacles.
(18)
Connect telephone lines to corresponding interior binding posts.
(19)
Check blackout switches.
(20)
Plug in emergency lighting and turn switch to READY.
