OPERATORS PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CHECKS AND SERVICES
Always keep in mind the WARNINGS and CAUTIONS when performing PMCS. Table
1-1 lists the PMCS procedures to be performed by the operator. Be sure to
perform the PMCS at the frequency indicated by the INTERVAL codes in the
table.
If your equipment fails to operate, troubleshoot with the proper equipment.
Report any deficiencies in accordance with DA Pam 738-750.

The numbers found in the ITEM NUMBER column shall be used as a source of item
numbers for the TM ITEM NUMBER column on DA Form 2404, Equipment Inspection
and Maintenance Worksheet, in recording the results of PMCS.
