INSTALLATION:

Remove eight screws holding air duct to air conditioner/
h e a t e r .
Remove nut, washer, and screw from each corner of air
conditoner/heater
mounting.
Remove thirteen screws securing
mounting to van wall.
D i s c o n n e c t d r a i n l i n e s f r o m a i r c o n d i t i o n e r / h e a t e r.
A t t a c h s l i n g t o l i f t i n g h a n d l e s . R a i s e h o i s t e n o u g h to
remove slack from sling.
Remove six mounting bolts and washers.
S l i d e o u t a i r c o n d i t i o n e r / h e a t e r u n t i l o t h e r l i f t i n g h a n d l e s
a r e f r e e . A t t a c h s l i n g t o h a n d l e s.
R a i s e d e f e c t i v e a i r c o n d i t i o n e r / h e a t e r w i t h h o i s t u n t i l u n i t
is free from brackets and van body.
P l a c e a i r c o n d i t i o n e r / h e a t e r o n f l a t - b e d t r u c k o r p a l l e t .
Wipe off sealant, and remove any damaged gasket.
R a i s e n e w a i r c o n d i t i o n e r / h e a t e r u n t i l i t r e s t s o n a ir
c o n d i t i o n e r / h e a t e r b r a c k e t s.
Remove two sling hooks as unit is eased into hole until
g r i l l e t o u c h e s d u c t .
Remove remaining sling.
Reinstall six washers and mounting bolts.
Reconnect drain lines.
R e i n s t a l l t h i r t e e n s c r e w s s e c u r i n g a i r c o n d i t i o n e r / h e a t er
mounting to van wall.
Reinstall screw, washer, and nut to
each corner of mounting.
R e i n s t a l l e i g h t s c r e w s s e c u r i n g a i r d u c t t o a ir
c o n d i t i o n e r / h e a t e r .
Plug in power cord.
