Place sling around door and put slight strain on hoist to
remove weight from hinges.

Remove bolts from hinges on rear personnel door.
On side
personnel door drill out rivets from hinges .
Remove hinges
from doors.

Remove bolts from hinges on cargo door.
Remove hinges from

Remove damaged door using hoist.
INSTALLATION:
a.
Install new door using hoist.
b.
Reinstall hinges on rear personnel door.
Reinstall hinges on
cargo door.
Secure with bolts.
Reinstall hinges on side
personnel door.
Secure with rivets.

Remove sling from door.
d.
Install new gasket on door after it is mounted (para 1-19.3).
e.
Repaint door as needed.
f .
Close and lock door.
