Step 1.
Inspect high voltage transformer for burning, charring, broken wires
or no output.
(a) If transformer appears normal and output is correct, proceed
to step 2.
(b) Replace high voltage transformer (paragraph 4-20.2).

Check for defective light grid.
Replace light grid (paragraph 4-20.1).
