a. Site must permit section to be leveled within ±2°, be well drained, and
provide adequate overhead concealment. Wooded areas and other obstacles must not
impede movement of transporters.

Dispersal of topographic sections is limited to the length of electric power
t r a n s m i s s i o n c a b l e a v a i l a b l e f o r u n i t g e n e r a t o r s .
c. During site selection, avoid overhead power transmission lines to prevent
danger from electric shock or electromagnetic interference.
d .
Power is normally supplied by 60 kW generators. Commercial electric power
should be used if it is compatible and available.
