Set main circuit breaker to ON.
Set each circuit breaker to OFF, then ON.

Turn on fluorescent lamps (high level).
Close entrance doors. Have exhaust fan and
air vent open .

through vents.
Place light switches ON; blackout override
switches OFF.
Open door and make sure internal lights go
