FREQUENCY DISPLAY DOES NOT AGREE WITH KNOWN SIGNAL FREQUENCY.
Step 1.
Tune in SW signal whose frequency is accurately known. Check that
frequency display shows correct frequency.
( a ) T u r n t u n i n g d i a l u n t i l c o r r e c t f r e q u e n c y i s d i s p l a y e d.
(b) Slowly move SW calibrator dial while watching tuning
indicator.
Stop when needle indicates maximum deflection to
l e f t .
Step 2.
Let unit sit for approximately 30 minutes and repeat Step 1.
Replace unit.
