NOTE
Use defective power cord as a guide to install terminal lugs and plug
on power cord.

Strip approximately 3 in. (7.6 cm) of outer insulation from one end of
power cord.
Strip approximately 1 in. (2.5 cm) of outer insulation from the other
end of power cord.
Strip approximately 1/2 in. (13.0 mm) of insulation from both ends of
power cord leads.
Crimp new terminal lugs on power cord.
Reconnect plug.
Slide power cord through strain relief sleeve, washer, and bushing.
Insert power cord through strain relief connector.
Connect terminal lugs to terminal board and ground.
