Replace front panel display board (paragraph 4-20.4).

In the following malfunctions where an error code is given, the code
number or letter refers to the corresponding board except for codes
5, 6, 7, and 8.
Codes 5, 6, 7, and 8 refer to board 6/8.
2. ERROR 3, FAULT IN MEMORY BOARD.
Replace memory board (paragraph 4-20.2).
