Disconnect plugs J36 and J35.
f. Grasp tabs and remove defective printed circuit board.
If replacing the carriage escapement board, set switches D5 and D6

as shown on focus setting table.
h. Install new printed circuit board.

Reconnect plugs J36 and J35.
Install center panel.

Lower top left panel.
l.
Perform diagnostic test.
