Remove bolts and lockwashers securing defective filing cabinet to
wall.
Remove metal plate from back of defective filing cabinet.
Remove bolts and lockwashers securing defective filing cabinet to
floor.
Remove metal straps from bottom of defective filing cabinet.
Remove defective filing cabinet.
Remove drawers from new filing cabinet.
Drill holes in new filing cabinet at locations required for
mounting.
Secure new filing cabinet to floor using metal straps, lockwashers,
and bolts.
Secure new filing cabinet to wall using metal plate, lockwashers,
and bolts.
Install drawers in new filing cabinet.
Remove/Install Corkboard.

Corkboard
a.
Remove screws and washers.
b. Remove corkboard.
c.
Position new corkboard and aline mounting holes.
d. Secure with screws and washers.
