Place the GRU (1) into the tripod base (2).
Secure each lower clamp (3) to the reference
unit with screw (4).
Slide the GRU to the approximate center of
the case and rotate bolt (5) to tighten the
c l a m p s .
Install locking arms (6) so that the arm is ap-
proximately tangent to the GRU housing,
when the clamps are tight.
Install screws (7) to secure
locking arm .
