Blind Rivets
a.
Cut strap and clip from strap fastener loop.
b.
Drill out blind rivets from strap fastener loop and remove loop.
c.
Insert strap fastener loop through pocket in end of new strap.
d.
Aline holes in strap fastener loop with holes in storage rack and install blind rivets.
