WARNING
Death or serious injury may occur from electrical shock unless power cord is unplugged before
servicing.
a.
Unplug power cord.
b.
Remove plug and drain water from sink.
c.
Unlatch and remove front cover.
CAUTION
Use care when removing sensing bulb to avoid damaging sensing tube.
d.
Loosen bushing and carefully remove sensing bulb from heat exchanger.
e.
Immerse sensing bulb into water of known temperature (approximately 70OF (210C) for about 10 minutes.
